Iontosone™ 0.4% dexamethasone sodium phosphate solution is a prescription corticosteroid formulation commonly used in physical therapy and sports medicine settings, particularly for iontophoresis-assisted delivery.

Dexamethasone sodium phosphate is a potent corticosteroid that exerts anti-inflammatory effects by modulating gene expression involved in inflammatory pathways.
